There are many suppliers claiming to sell an Electric conversion kit but only offer bare electronics leaving you to fabricate your own battery boxes and mounts. Our kits include everything you need to assemble your own electric Classic Bronco, with as many things as ready to go as possible. We send the Battery boxes preassembled and ready to bolt in. controllers are preprogrammed and bench tested.
If you can follow wiring diagrams and have experience with legacy drivetrains, this may be a good option for those who want to work on their own project. The kit is also great for shops that want to provide another option for their customers but do not want to spend the countless hours doing the research and development, fabrication and learning the finer system details needed to program and configure a system.
Note: A one inch body lift is required to clear the battery pack under a stock hood
All kits include
- Motor and battery mounts fabricated and ready to bolt to factory motor mounts. Adapter for a small block ford manual transmission. Keep the charm and capability of your vintage ride.
- Battery pack pre-assembled and ready to install (Plug and play, three plugs). High-Voltage cables cut and crimped. High voltage junction box preloaded with fuses, contactors and bus bars. Salvaged Tesla batteries are sourced from a single vehicle by reliable suppliers and tested for capacity.
- Controllers pre-programmed. wiring schematics provided to tie into your existing chassis harness.
- Support to answer basic install questions and help troubleshoot

Its light weight and compact size for the amount of power makes it an ideal set up for those looking for similar to stock power levels and weight. Brake regeneration helps this kit work great on the road or trail.

Very similar to the Original Hyper 9 kit the hyper9 144V improves the experience by running at a higher voltage allowing us to run more batteries in series and offering greater range. Increased capacity completely uses the available space under the hood allowing maximum capacity without major modification or spreading batteries all throughout the vehicle.
